Associate's duties include consulting guest on hair styling options, describing the benefits of different hair care products, educating guest to buy their retail products and staying updated on the latest hair trends and styling methods.  Additionally, associates need to be expert "people persons" to attract and retain long term guest. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills. Associates will work along side a more established artist to prefect your craft.

Associate Responsibilities:

Performing scalp treatments.

Educating guests on hair care and retail products.

Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.

Associate Requirements:

Proficiency with hot irons, curlers and blow-dryers.

We are looking for an organized guest expert to provide customer and administrative support for our company. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guest, secure bookings, manage appointment schedules, process transactions, and assist with sales and marketing.  To ensure success as a guest expert, you should possess excellent organizational and marketing skills. A top-notch guest expert should be able to remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service and support.

Guest Expert Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guest in a friendly and professional manner.

Tending to guest needs, inquiries, and complaints.  Informing hair stylist about guest appointments and requirements.

Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory.

Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.

Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.

Assisting with marketing and sales by providing guests with information on promotions and new products and services.

Processing transactions and issuing receipts. 

Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions.

Guest Expert Requirements:

A minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist.

Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Strong marketing and sales abilities. Excellent guest service and skills.

Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
